Access to the Workplace. Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.
Access to the Workplace. The National Union Health and Safety staff shall be provided access to the workplace to attend meetings of the committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace. Prior notice to the Company must be given and the time and date shall be mutually agreed.
Access to the Workplace. The Company agrees that the national representative or his designate with reasonable advance notice may attend meetings of the Joint Health and Safety Committee and plant inspections.
Access to the Workplace. If so requested, the employment agency informs the client about the wish of representative(s) of employees’ organisations to gain access to the client’s company. The employment agency and the client must each remain available for this representative/these representatives to be contacted on topics concerning the work situation of the agency worker.
Access to the Workplace. Members of the health and safety committee shall conduct an inspection of the Provincial office quarterly or following an accident or incident. No restriction shall be placed on this inspection. In the event of an accident, an incident or an occupational health problem, a Union member of the health and safety committee shall be allowed to complete an investigation of the occurrence.

It is agreed that the Unifor National Health and Safety Representative will be permitted, at a time and date mutually agreed to by the Company to enter the plant and participate in a safety inspection or accident investigation in the Company of the Union and Management Representatives for the purposes of making recommendations to Union and Management to prevent a reoccurrence.
