On-Going Work Activities. Upon the assumption of services date, Contractor shall assume responsibility for continuing the development, implementation, and support of current projects and in-process requests for services as identified by Government without material interruption and either (i) in accordance with then current written Government plans for such current projects and in- process requests for services, if such plans exist and have been furnished to Contractor, or (ii) if no such written plans have been furnished to Contractor, as such current projects and in- process requests for services are being performed as of the assumption of services date. During the implementation of Contractor Services, the Government and Contractor will review the on-going work activities and in-process work (e.g. requests for services). Contractor shall create and maintain a list of these on-going work activities up through the time they assume responsibility for services. The Government will determine the on-going work activities and in-process work which will become the Contractor responsibility and a date by which Contractor shall assume that responsibility. Contractor shall complete all on-going work activities and in-process work in accordance with the following:  DAD IO/J-6 Change management procedures to address any changes in scope, requirements, schedules, or cost in respect to the in-process work.  DAD IO/J-6 Solution Request and proposal processes in place as of the date the Contractor is to assume responsibility.  DAD IO/J-6 Project management and development practices in place as of the date the Contractor is to assume responsibility for these projects. Within ninety (90) days after the assumption of services date, Contractor shall provide the Government with a written evaluation and assessment of the status of all current projects and in-process requests for services known to Contractor.
