Current Projects. (a) Identity; Completion; Profitability. Schedule 2.23(a) sets forth all installation projects currently being participated in or overseen by the Company, (the "Current Projects"), as well as the projected costs, expenses, revenues and profit from each respective Current Project and all other projects completed by the Company within the twelve (12) month period preceding the date hereof. (No warranty is hereby given by the Shareholders concerning the accuracy of any such projected costs, expenses, revenues and profits from Current Projects.)

Current Projects. On the Service Commencement Date, at no additional charge to the Client, Vendor shall assume responsibility for continuing the development and implementation of the current in- scope projects that have been identified and agreed by the Parties during Transition, without material interruption and either (a) in accordance with the then-current written Client plans for such projects, if such plans exist and have been furnished to Vendor, or (b) if no such written plans have been furnished to Vendor, as such projects are being performed as of the Service Commencement Date. Within ninety (90) days after the Service Commencement Date, Vendor shall provide the Client with a written evaluation and assessment of the status of all in-scope current projects known to Vendor.

Within ninety (90) calendar days after the Service Commencement Date, Vendor shall provide the County with a written evaluation and assessment of the status of all in-scope current projects known to Vendor. All current projects will be set forth in Attachment O hereto.
Current Projects. Between the Effective Date and the first Service Commencement Date, Provider will provide an evaluation and status of all in-scope current projects known to Provider. At no additional charge to Client, Provider shall assume responsibility for continuing the development and implementation of all current in-scope projects without material interruption and either (a) in accordance with then current written Client plans for such projects, if such plans exist and have been furnished to Provider, or (b) if no such written plans have been furnished to Provider, as such projects are being performed as of the Service Commencement Date.
Current Projects. Contractor shall provide the continuing and uninterrupted development and implementation of all Current Projects and shall conduct such development and implementation in accordance with the then-current written plans for such Current Projects, if such plans exist, or if no such written plans exist, as such Current Projects are being performed as of the Cutover Date applicable to the Service Framework for which such Current Projects are being performed. Contractor shall provide to County, or if the Legacy Provider has an Agreement with a Third-Party who has contracted with the County that Third-Party, the continuing and uninterrupted development and implementation of all Current Projects for the lessor cost of i) the then-current projected budget, including resource units and hourly rates, ii) the existing agreed-to fixed price, or iii) Contractors resource unit and hourly rates for Services.
Current Projects. Owner and Contractor agree that all work or projects being performed under a contract between Contractor and Owner as of the date of this Agreement which work has been performed after the execution date of this Agreement, including but not limited to those Projects set forth in Exhibit A, shall be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The parties agree that any commitments concerning volume of work or annual payments in any such contracts shall immediately become void and of no effect due to the Annual Project Sum and Aggregate Project Sum commitments contained in Article 4 hereof.
Current Projects. Notwithstanding Section 4.5(a), the performance of the Projects, if any, identified in Schedule 9 shall be included in the Monthly Base Charges. Supplier shall perform the listed Projects at no additional Charge to Allianz.

Current Projects. Notwithstanding Section 11.8(a) and (c), the performance of the Projects identified in Schedule L shall be included in the Monthly Base Charges. Supplier shall perform the listed Projects at no additional Charge to ABM and the FTE hours expended in the performance of such Projects shall not be counted against the Project Pools.
Current Projects. 11.1. As specified in Paragraph 6.1.2, above, the Parties agree that DMSC shall provide products, services and technical support for completing the installation of DMSC's BI, VI, and BI AVL Server products at Xxx County, Florida, according to the terms of PRINTRAK purchase order number 400916, dated 9/29/98, including full payment due thereupon. Upon completion of the Xxx County project, DMSC shall provide PRINTRAK with an updated version of the BI and BI AVL Server Source Code with all applicable upgrades and deliverables that DMSC has developed for Xxx County in accordance with said purchase order, including an "as is" update of the Source Code. Said Source Code shall be the exact same Source Code used for the final deliverable item in the Xxx County project.
