Required Application Components After downloading and retrieving the required application components and completing the registration processes, it is time to write and complete your application. All files uploaded with the Xxxxxx.xxx application MUST be in Adobe PDF file format. Directions for creating PDF files can be found on the Xxxxxx.xxx website. See Appendix B for all application formatting and validation requirements. Standard Application Components Applications must include the following required application components listed in the table below.   • Redacted Copies of Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of any documents, data, or records submitted to the Department to be confidential, proprietary, trade secret or otherwise not subject to disclosure pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, the Florida Constitution or other authority, the Contractor must simultaneously provide the Department with a separate redacted copy of the information it claims as Confidential and briefly describe in writing the grounds for claiming exemption from the public records law, including the specific statutory citation for such exemption. This redacted copy shall contain the Contract name and number, and shall be clearly titled “Confidential.” The redacted copy should only redact those portions of material that the Contractor claims is confidential, proprietary, trade secret or otherwise not subject to disclosure.

  • UPDATING AND DISCLOSING FINANCIAL INFORMATION You will provide facts to update information contained in Your original Account application or other financial information related to You, at Our request.   • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee.   • Access to Financial Information Buyer’s representatives shall have access to, and Seller and its Affiliates shall cooperate with Buyer and furnish upon request, all financial and other information relating to the Hotel’s operations to the extent necessary to enable Buyer’s representatives to prepare audited financial statements in conformity with Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and other applicable rules and regulations of the SEC and to enable them to prepare a registration statement, report or disclosure statement for filing with the SEC on behalf of Buyer or its Affiliates, whether before or after Closing and regardless of whether such information is included in the Records to be transferred to Buyer hereunder. Seller shall also provide to Buyer’s representative a signed representation letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller sufficient to enable an independent public accountant to render an opinion on the financial statements related to the Hotel. Buyer will reimburse Seller for costs reasonably incurred by Seller to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence to the extent that Seller is required to incur costs not in the ordinary course of business for third parties to provide such representation letters. The provisions of this Section shall survive Closing or termination of this Contract.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.
