Notification of Work Schedule. All teachers shall be given written notice of their schedules (grade level, subject areas, and number of classes where applicable) for the forthcoming year no later than the preceding 1st day of July. In the event that changes in such schedules are proposed, all employees affected shall be notified promptly and consulted, if available, through normal means of communications.
