Notice of Work Schedules. (a) Work schedules for regular employees shall be posted at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the starting day of a new schedule.
Notice of Work Schedules. Negotiations for seasonal shift schedules for regular full-time employees should be undertaken at least 45 days prior to the anticipated commencement date. These shift schedules shall be posted 14 days in advance of the starting date of a new schedule.

(a) In the event that the work schedule or shift for an employee or an employee working a scheduled shift roster is changed without 48 hours' advance notice and such change is the result of the actions of another employee covered by this agreement utilizing the benefits provided for by the provisions of this agreement, the employee will receive a premium of 85¢ per hour in addition to their regular pay, for work performed on the first shift to which they changed.

Employees will bid on the monthly work schedule that is applicable to the project area or classification to which they are assigned. Notice of Work Schedules. (e) (1) If either Party wishes a change to existing work schedules, it shall provide the other Party with the earliest possible advance notice.

In the event that an employee's work schedule or shift is changed without five days advance notice and the change results from causes other than defined in (b) above, the employee will receive a premium at the applicable overtime rate for work performed on the first shift to which they changed, except that if the change results from no fault of the Employer they will not receive a premium at overtime rates but will receive the premium defined under (b) above.
