Notice of termination after resigning position. A shop xxxxxxx who ceases to hold that position after having held it for at least one year and who remains employed in the enterprise is entitled to a period of notice of eight weeks over and above the notice set out in clause 21 for a period of twelve months after his or her resignation from the position of shop xxxxxxx. For shop stewards employed on conditions similar to those of salaried workers (see Annex 6), the individual notice period is extended by eight weeks. This extended notice period is a deviation from section 2 of the Danish Act on Salaried Employees, which states that a salaried employee resigns at the end of a month.
