Remains Employed means that Executive has not experienced a Separation From Service with Employer.

Examples of Remains Employed in a sentence

  • In the event that the Executive Remains Employed throughout the Service Period, then he shall be entitled to receive an annual Executive Benefit of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) for a period of Ten (10) years.
