Effective Date of Termination definition

Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.

More Definitions of Effective Date of Termination

Effective Date of Termination means the date on which the Executive’s employment terminates in a circumstance in which Section 2.1 provides for Severance Benefits (as defined in Section 2.1).
