Non-Student Days. On any school day during which pupils otherwise have been in attendance 23 but are not and for which certificated personnel receive regular pay, unit members shall also receive regular pay 24 whether or not they are required to report for duty that day. For example, on School Based Compliance Program 25 (“SBCP”) days, if any, where students are not in attendance, all unit members shall receive their regular pay 26 whether or not they are required to report for duty.
Non-Student Days. When there are trips available, the trip shall be offered in the same manner as in III A. above.

  • Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

  • Non-Student Rates The Residence Fees payable under this Agreement are a special student rate for full-time students of the Institution. If the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution, and wishes to continue to occupy a Room: (i) the Resident must deliver a written request to the Manager no later than two (2) business days after ceasing to be a full-time student of the Institution, which the Manager may accept or reject in its sole and unfettered discretion, and (ii) if the request is accepted by the Manager, the Resident must pay within two (2) business days of receiving notice of that acceptance (a) any unpaid Residence Fees (whether or not otherwise due) and (b) a supplementary fee equal to the difference between (1) the product of the number of days remaining in the Term as of two (2) business days after the date on which the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution and the daily conference rate then charged by the Manager for rooms in the Residence, minus (2) the Residence Fees.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.   • JOC - PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information.   • Funding Period The Funding Period, if any, shall not have terminated.

During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.
