NON-ENTICEMENT. In addition to any obligation under any other Paragraph of this Agreement, during the term of Employee's employment with Employer and for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of termination of employment with Employer, regardless of who initiated such termination, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, whether as an individual or for his own account or for or with any other person or entity of any kind whatsoever hire, or solicit or endeavor to entice away, from Employer or any client of Employer, any person who was employed by Employer or any client of Employer at any time during Employee's employment with Employer, in order for such person to accept employment or association with another person, or entity of any kind whatsoever, and Employee shall not approach any such person for any such purpose or authorize or knowingly cooperate with the taking of any such action by any other individual, person or entity. Employer's clients are third-party beneficiaries of aforestated covenants and shall have standing to enforce the terms of this sub-paragraph II. F., and to seek and obtain whatever equitable or legal remedies are necessary to make them whole, including but not limited to all remedies provided to Employer under this Agreement.
NON-ENTICEMENT. Directly or indirectly interfere with the contractual or other relationships between the Company and any other employees, independent contractors, consultants, prospective employees, prospective consultants, prospective independent contractors to the Company, to be either employed by or retained by the Company, or induce the Company's other employees to leave the employ of the Company.
NON-ENTICEMENT. The Franchisee covenants that neither it nor its directors, officers or shareholders will entice or attempt to entice, directly or indirectly, throughout the Term and for a period of 2 years from the date of termination of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Franchisor, any employee, agent or contractor of the Franchisor or who was at any time during the term of this Agreement an employee, agent or contractor of the Franchisor from continuing its relationship with the Franchisor.
NON-ENTICEMENT. The Employee agrees that in the event of leaving his/her employment voluntarily or involuntarily, he/she will not participate in any way, in soliciting or enticing other employees to leave the firm for a period of twelve months following said termination date. The Employee hereto agrees that if the Employee entices any current employee of the Employer during this period, he/she shall pay to the Employer the sum of $10,000.00 as liquidated damages for so doing, this amount being agreed upon as damages thereby sustained by the business of the Employer.
NON-ENTICEMENT. 17.3.1 The Employee shall not without the prior written consent of the Company, for a period of 12 months after the termination of his employment, either on his own behalf or with, through, for or on behalf of any other person, firm, company or organisation entice away from the Company any person employed or engaged by the Company prior to the termination of his employment with whom he had material contact in the course of his duties.
NON-ENTICEMENT. Each of the Sellers covenants, warrants and agrees that they shall not call upon any person, directly or indirectly, during their employment by the Company, or, if applicable, the Purchaser, and for a period of one (1) year thereafter for the purpose or with the intent of enticing such employee or independent contractor away from, not to do business with, or out of the employ of the Company, if applicable, or the Purchaser.
NON-ENTICEMENT. During the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on February 1, 2006, neither Seller nor Parent shall directly or indirectly, whether for its own account or for or with any other person or entity of any kind whatsoever, hire, solicit or endeavor to entice away from Purchaser, any person who was employed by Seller or Parent (to the extent that such person worked in the Business) or Purchaser at any time during the period beginning one year prior to the date of this Agreement and ending on the second anniversary of the Closing Date, and neither Seller nor Parent shall approach any such person for any such purpose or authorize or knowingly cooperate with the taking of any such action by any other individual, person or entity.

NON-ENTICEMENT. Except for the arrangement described in -------------- Section 7.11 of this Agreement, during the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the second anniversary of the Closing Date, Seller shall not directly or indirectly, whether for its own account or for or with any other person or entity of any kind whatsoever, hire, solicit or endeavor to entice away from Buyer, any person who was employed by Seller (to the extent that such person worked in the Business) or Buyer at any time during the period beginning one year prior to the date of this Agreement and ending on the second anniversary of the Closing Date, and Seller shall not approach any such person for any such purpose or authorize or knowingly cooperate with the taking of any such action by any other individual, person or entity. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 7.4(c), Seller shall be entitled to hire any Relevant Employee or any employee of Buyer with the written consent of Buyer.
NON-ENTICEMENT. Except in the performance of his duties for the Company and its Subsidiaries during the term of his employment hereunder, Executive shall not interfere with the contractual or other relationships between the Company and any other executive employees, independent contractors, consultants, and shall not induce any of the Company’s other executive employees to leave the employ of the Company.
