No Dismissal. No Employee shall be dismissed or suffer any other reduction in their hours of work, because of mechanisation or technological changes. An Employee who is displaced from their position by virtue of technological change or improvements will suffer no reduction in normal earnings and will be given the opportunity to fill other vacancies according to seniority.

No Dismissal. No regular employee shall be dismissed by the Employer because of technological change. An employee who is displaced from her job by virtue of technological change will suffer no reduction in normal earnings, and will be given full opportunity to fill other vacancies in accordance with seniority.
No Dismissal. The Employee shall not be dismissed pursuant to Article 4.3(2) (except for the circumstance where the termination is agreed by the Parties through consultation) if:
