Dismissals definition

Dismissals means the dismissals or terminations that are required in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, of the Acquisition Agreement Claims and the Management Claims referred to in Section 7.15(a), the Arbitration referred to in Section 7.15(c) and the litigation matters referred to in Sections 7.15(e) and (f).
Dismissals is defined in Section ‎2.5.

Examples of Dismissals in a sentence

  • Dismissals while an employee is on probation, or extensions of the probationary period, shall not be subject to further review or appeal.

  • Dismissals of other academic employees during the terms of their appointments are exempt from the provisions of this Article but subject to the Grievance Procedure.

  • Suspensions, Dismissals, Disciplinary Demotions, and Reductions in Base Pay for Disciplinary Reasons.

  • Dismissals except for emergency or illness should not occur during class period time but should be done at the class ending bell.

  • Dismissals of expedited appeals and final Orders of expedited appeals will be sent within the timeframes as determined by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

  • The proposed Order of Honorable Dismissals List will be provided to the Association President no later than seventy-five (75) calendar days prior to the last student attendance day, along with a notification to each Employee of the placement(s) for which they are qualified.

  • The Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977- 2001 shall not apply to the ending of this contract by reason of the expiry of the fixed term period.

  • To be valid, a request for arbitration must be in writing and received by the Department of Administrative Services within fifteen (15) calendar days after the STEP 5 (STEP 4 for Dismissals) was due or received whichever is sooner.

  • Such payment shall become non-refundable and non-creditable against any other amounts due under this AGREEMENT upon entry by the Court of the Notices of Stipulated Dismissals described in paragraph 1 signed by all PARTIES.

  • Dismissals, non-reelections, or suspensions for more than fifteen (15) working days are governed by applicable Education Code and shall not be subject to the provisions of this Article.
