NEIGHBOURHOOD WORKING. The city is divided into three strategic areas to deliver a more integrated neighbourhood model way of working. These areas contain a wider range of multi-disciplinary officers, allowing for a holistic approach to the management of the neighbourhood, and focus on local and strategic priorities. Each area is managed by a Head of Service overseeing governance and management arrangements and NWEC is covered by the Central Area. The areas are divided into three smaller neighbourhood areas and each of these areas in turn are covered by a multidisciplinary team of officers including City Inspectors, EHOs and Neighbourhood coordinators who work with stakeholders, other services and partners to develop sustainable solutions and deliver against local priorities.

The association hereby reaffirms that it will not engage in any strike, or cause, instigate, encourage, assist or condone any strike. The district recognizes the right of these unit members to organize and to bargain collectively through the association on such matters as salaries, hours and other terms and conditions of employment. The agreement is made and entered into on the 23rd day of June, 2015, by and between the Superintendent of Schools, SPENCERPORT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, Spencerport, New York, hereinafter referred to as the "district," and the unit members of this unit of aforementioned school district, represented by the SPENCERPORT PARAPROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "association." RECOGNITION Pursuant to the New York State Public Employees Fair Employment Act, the Board of Education of Spencerport Central School District has recognized the Spencerport Paraprofessional Association, hereinafter referred to as "association," as the exclusive negotiating representative for all Accompanists, Bus Attendants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Microcomputer Maintenance Technicians, School Aides and Teacher Aides employed by said district. ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS All unit members employed by the District on June 30, 2000, while serving in a 27.5 (or more) hours per week position, will be considered as “full time” and will receive all of the benefits of unit members working 30 or more hours per week as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement. All unit members hired after June 30, 2000 are eligible for all of the benefits as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement and considered “full time” when serving in a 30 (or more) hours per week position. Any unit member hired after July 1, 2000 in a 30 (or more) hours per week capacity who is involuntarily reduced to at least 27.5 hours per week will receive the benefits associated with “full time” employment (Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12).   • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Inventions and Improvements During the term of his employment, Executive shall promptly communicate to Company all ideas, discoveries and inventions which are or may be useful to Company or its business. Executive acknowledges that all ideas, discoveries, inventions, and improvements which are made, conceived, or reduced to practice by him and every item of knowledge relating to Company's business interests (including potential business interests) gained by him during his employment hereunder are the property of Company, and Executive hereby irrevocably assigns all such ideas, discoveries, inventions, improvements, and knowledge to Company for its sole use and benefit, without additional compensation. The provisions of this Section shall apply whether such ideas, discoveries, inventions, improvements or knowledge are conceived, made or gained by him alone or with others, whether during or after usual working hours, whether on or off the job, whether applicable to matters directly or indirectly related to Company's business interests (including potential business interests), and whether or not within the specific realm of his duties. It shall be conclusively presumed that ideas, inventions, and improvements relating to Company's business interests or potential business interests conceived during the two (2) years following termination of employment are, for the purposes of this Agreement, conceived prior to termination of employment. Executive shall, upon request of Company, but at no expense to Executive, at any time during or after his employment with Company, sign all instruments and documents requested by Company and otherwise cooperate with Company to protect its right to such ideas, discoveries, inventions, improvements, and knowledge, including applying for, obtaining, and enforcing patents and copyrights thereon in any and all countries.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Existing Improvements The existing Improvements, if any, were constructed, and are being used and maintained, in accordance with all applicable Laws, including zoning Laws.
