Pressure reducing stations must be located so as to provide stable pressure at the point of use. Owner shall provide all gas piping to the use points and supply meters and regulators to provide burner tip pressures as specified by Design-Builder. Owner shall also supply a digital flowmeter on-site with appropriate output for monitoring by the plant’s computer control system.
