MSEA MEMBERSHIP PACKETS. Each newly hired employee eligible upon completion of six (6) months service for coverage by this Agreement shall be provided by the Trustees with an MSEA-furnished membership packet along with other orientation materials which are regularly provided to new employees. MSEA shall be solely responsible for the material contained in such packets, which shall conform to standards contained in Article 8, Bulletin Boards. Any questions concerning the contents of these packets or MSEA programs shall be referred to MSEA. MSEA shall supply the packets to the points of distribution. In addition, the Trustees shall supply MSEA with a listing on the first of each quarter to include: Social Security number, date hired, name, address, class title, class code and work location for each newly hired employee. The Trustees will identify those employees who are seasonal. The Trustees shall also notify MSEA of the same information as to each employee coming under coverage of this Agreement due to promotion, demotion, reclassification, transfer, other change of status and those employees who have terminated their MCC System service within thirty (30) days of determination of such change. MSEA shall indemnify and hold the Trustees harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders or judgments brought or issued against the Trustees as the result of negligence in actions taken or not taken by the Trustees under the provisions of this Article.

MSEA shall indemnify and hold the School harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders or judgments brought or issued against the School as the result of negligence in actions taken or not taken by the School under the provisions of this Article.

The Legislative Council will supply MSEA with the following information in computer format quarterly: date hired, name, mailing address, position classification and office for each newly hired employee. The quarterly report will also notify MSEA of the same information as to each employee coming under coverage of this Agreement due to promotion, demotion, reclassification, transfer or other change of status and those employees who have terminated their legislative service. MSEA will indemnify and hold the Legislative Council harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders or judgments brought or issued against the Legislative Council as the result of negligence in actions taken or not taken by the Legislative Council under the provisions of this Article.

MSEA shall be solely responsible for the material contained in such packets. Any questions concerning the contents of these packets or MSEA programs shall be referred to the MSEA. MSEA shall supply the packets to the points of distribution. The AOC agrees to furnish MSEA with copies of personnel transactions affecting unit employees. MSEA shall indemnify and hold the AOC harmless against any and all claims, suits, orders, or judgments brought or issued against the AOC as a result of negligence in actions taken or not taken by the AOC under the provisions of this Article.

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • Subpoenas Directed to BellSouth Where BellSouth provides resold services or local switching for <<customer_name>>, BellSouth shall respond to subpoenas and court ordered requests delivered directly to BellSouth for the purpose of providing call detail records when the targeted telephone numbers belong to <<customer_name>> end users. Billing for such requests will be generated by BellSouth and directed to the law enforcement agency initiating the request. BellSouth shall maintain such information for <<customer_name>> end users for the same length of time it maintains such information for its own end users.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
