Monthly Use Fee. Throughout the term of this License beginning on the Commencement Date, Licensee must pay to City a use fee in consideration of Licensee’s use of the License Area. Starting on the Commencement Date, the use fee payable will be the amount of ______________ Dollars ($________) per month (“Use Fee”). The Use Fee must be paid to City in advance, without prior demand and without any deduction, setoff, or counterclaim whatsoever, before the Commencement Date and on or before the first day of each calendar year thereafter. Such Use Fee for the first year or any partial year, or for any fractional month, will be prorated on the basis of a 360-day year. All sums payable by Licensee to City pursuant to this License must be paid in cash or by good check or wire transfer to the: San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Customer Service Bureau, Attn: Real Estate Billing 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 or such other place as City may designate in writing.

Monthly Use Fee. There shall be no monthly use fee for the [***] of this Agreement. If BLADE employs its own ground crew to facilitate its operations at the Heliport the monthly use fee shall be [***]. If BLADE utilizes APH ground crew to facilitate its operations at the Heliport that monthly use fee shall be the aggregate of [***] for APH’s ground support of BLADE-related operations at the Heliport. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “ground crew” is understood to be staff that assists in the loading and unloading of passengers and baggage from helicopters at the Heliport, and specifically excludes staff that perform fueling or traffic direction of helicopters at the Heliport.
Monthly Use Fee. There shall be no monthly use fee for the first [***] of this Agreement. Beginning on the [***] of this Agreement, BLADE shall pay APH a monthly use fee of no more than [***] and shall continue to make such payment on the first day of each month thereafter for so long as this Agreement remains in effect. BLADE shall not place any signage on the North Trailer without the prior approval of APH.
Monthly Use Fee. In exchange for use of the Assigned Incubator Space and other services provided for hereunder, User shall pay University the monthly use fee specified on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the “Use Fee”). The Use Fee shall be paid to the University in advance by the 1st day of each month of the Term, without notice, offset, or demand. In the event that the Term begins or ends other than on the first day of a month, the Use Fee shall be prorated. Additional fees may be charged for additional amenities such as, but not limited to, conference or event room use or parking. Where applicable, User shall receive a key or key card to the Assigned Incubator Space at no cost. Replacement keys or key cards are available for $50 or $10 each, respectively.

  • Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. In the event of changes to the statutory value-added tax payable and/or if any additional taxes/levies have to be paid, the fee specified above may be recalculated accordingly.

  • Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.

  • Non-Use Fee The Company agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender a non-use fee, for the period from the Closing Date to the Termination Date, at the Non-Use Fee Rate in effect from time to time of such Lender’s Pro Rata Share (as adjusted from time to time) of the unused amount of the Revolving Commitment. For purposes of calculating usage under this Section, the Revolving Commitment shall be deemed used to the extent of Revolving Outstandings. Such non-use fee shall be payable in arrears on the last day of each calendar quarter and on the Termination Date for any period then ending for which such non-use fee shall not have previously been paid. The non-use fee shall be computed for the actual number of days elapsed on the basis of a year of 360 days.

  • Base Fee For his services to the Company during the Engagement Period, the Company shall pay Xxxxxxx a fee at the annual rate of not less than One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty ($155,250) Dollars (the “Annual Fee”) payable in equal monthly installments.

  • Distribution Assistance Fees (Asset-Based Sales Charge) Payments In its sole discretion and irrespective of whichever alternative method of making service fee payments to Recipients is selected by the Distributor, in addition the Distributor may make distribution assistance fee payments to a Recipient quarterly, or at such other interval as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter or other period, at a rate not to exceed 0.1875% (0.75% on an annual basis) of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of Shares computed as of the close of each business day constituting Qualified Holdings owned beneficially or of record by the Recipient or its Customers until such Shares are redeemed or converted to another class of shares of the Fund, provided, however, that a majority of the Independent Trustees may, but are not obligated to, set a time period (the "Recipient Maximum Holding Period") for making such payments. Distribution assistance fee payments shall be made only to Recipients that are registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer or are exempt from registration. The distribution assistance to be rendered by the Recipients in connection with the sale of Shares may include, but shall not be limited to, the following: distributing sales literature and prospectuses other than those furnished to current Shareholders, providing compensation to and paying expenses of personnel of the Recipient who support the distribution of Shares by the Recipient, and providing such other information and services in connection with the distribution of Shares as the Distributor or the Fund may reasonably request.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary

  • Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit.
