Use Fee. User shall pay a fee in the amount of $2,214.87 per month, which shall be received by the City on or prior to the first day of the month. Except as may be otherwise provided herein, the User shall provide all funding and personnel necessary to manage their occupied portion of the Center, conduct and supervise the programs they provide at the Center, and coordinate their activities with the other users of the Center.
Use Fee. 6.1 The use fee depends on the purpose of the meeting/event and the nature of the group using the facility.
Use Fee. The director shall be paid use fees by the NFB in an amount of three decimal two per cent (3.2%) of the Distributors’ Gross Revenue less one hundred percent (100%) of the Budget, in accordance with the provisions herein.
Use Fee. 7.1 The Use Fee that is hereby agreed to by Licensee, to be paid by Licensee to the City is One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,400,000.00) for each Event that occurs on the Property under the terms of this Agreement, subject to an increase of Three percent (3%) annually commencing upon the production of the third (3rd) Event, such increase applying yearly to each Event thereafter through the termination of this Agreement.
Use Fee. In exchange for use of the Locker, the Occupant shall pay a one-time fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
Use Fee. The operator will pay to the Lessor a use fee for the leased premises hereunder as follows:
Use Fee. The User Fee shall be as set forth by the Village Board from time to time. Full Payment of the Use Fee (as shown on Page 1 of this Agreement) must accompany this Agreement which has been executed by the Applicant, and the required Certificate of Insurance, which shall be subject to the approval of the Village Attorney in advance of any proposed use of Village Property, shall be due not less than ten (10) days prior to the event.
Use Fee. Client agrees to pay the greater of (1) ; or (2) % (capped at $ ) of gross Ticket Office receipts after the payment of taxes (state and local) as rental for use of the Facility Area.
Use Fee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the entire “Use Fee” as that term is defined in Section 4 of the License, shall be payable to Assignor. Assignor shall be entitled to retain the entire Use Fee, and no portion of which shall be prorated at Closing or payable to Assignee.
Use Fee. User shall be entitled to use the Premises free of the charge for the duration of the term of this Agreement.
