Modification of Service. The Service(s), by their nature, may be updated and developed continuously over time. Fyber may modify the Service(s) without prior notice but only with effect for the future (i.e., not retroactively) and provided that the modification is reasonable for the Demand Partner considering its interests. A modification is reasonable for the Demand Partner if it is necessary to adapt the Services to changed circumstances regarding technological developments, market requirements, and any changes of applicable law, and in case of any new features, functions, or services added to the Services. Accordingly, Demand Partner’s right to use the Services under this Agreement is limited to the then-current version of the Services. If a modification of a Service is not reasonably acceptable for Demand Partner, Demand Partner has the right to terminate the Agreement with respect to such Service effective immediately upon notice. Demand Partner shall have no other claims against Fyber due to changes in and to the Services.
Modification of Service. Service Provider may, at its sole discretion, modify, update or discontinue the whole or a part of Service at any time without liability to Customer. Service Provider shall make reasonable efforts to notify Customer of such modification, update or discontinuance. If Service Provider discontinues Service in its entirety, Service Provider shall refund, on a pro rata basis, Service Fees equivalent to the amount of unperformed portion.

Modification of Service a) The modification of a purchased Service (e.g. change of date, time, car park) will receive a full refund of the sum paid, and the subsequent full purchase of a new Service at the rates in force at the time of the new purchase on the MPP website, and according to the availability of parking spaces in the Car Parks at that time. Refunds for changes will be made to the same financial tool (card, bank, etc.) used for payment, within the following 7 working days.
Modification of Service. 72.1 We reserve the right to modify or substitute any MPLS Service. If there is a material adverse effect on the functionality of the Service, you may notify us in writing within 20 Business Days’ of the change with sufficient detail to explain the existence and nature and the material adverse effect. If we determine that there is a material adverse effect and fail to correct it within 30 Business Days’ following receipt of your written notice, you may terminate the Service with 60 days’ written notice to us without incurring any Early Termination Fee.

Subscriber expressly agrees and understands that the speeds listed in Exhibit “B” are the maximum speeds provided.
Modification of Service. UL Contracting Party reserves the right to designate and make changes in rules of operation, accessibility period, Subscriber identification procedures and designation of the particular center serving the Subscriber at any particular address.

If the resulting change to the Service has a material adverse effect on the functionality of that Service, Customer may notify THE IGD GROUP in writing within 30 Business Days of the change clearly substantiating the existence and nature of the material adverse effect. If THE IGD GROUP determines that there is a material adverse effect and fails to correct it within 15 Business Days following receipt of Customer’s written notice, Customer may terminate that Service with 30 days’ written notice to THE IGD GROUP without incurring any Cancellation Fee.

ZIPPYYUM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Service from time to time and without notice, including changing features or functions, or removing or adding participating restaurants. ZIPPYYUM shall have no liability to you for any modification or discontinuation of the Service. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Service.
