Market Requirements definition

Market Requirements means all the constitutions, laws, rules, regulations, by-laws, customs and practices, rulings, interpretations, standards, Prescribed Terms, levies and administrative requests of the relevant market(s), governmental or regulatory authorities, exchange(s) and clearing house(s) whatsoever;
Market Requirements means all the constitutions, laws, rules, regulations, by-laws, customs and practices, rulings, interpretations, standards, Prescribed Terms, levies and administrative requests of the relevant Markets, governmental or regulatory authorities, Exchanges and Clearing Houses, FX Counterparties whatsoever.
Market Requirements means all the laws, rules, regulations, constitutions, by-laws, customs and practices, rulings, interpretations, standards, prescribed terms or mandatory requirements, levies and administrative requests of the relevant market(s), governmental or regulatory authority(ies), exchange(s) and clearing house(s) whatsoever including any rules and regulations on short selling;

More Definitions of Market Requirements

Market Requirements means all applicable laws, the constitution and any applicable rule, regulation, custom, code, guideline, notice, order, direction, restriction, limitation, requirement or condition (including any trading or position limits) of or imposed by any relevant regulatory or supervisory authority or body, Exchange, Clearing House, Correspondent Broker and/or the Company from time to time.
Market Requirements means the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, directives, announcements, decisions, procedures, standard terms and/ or customs made, given or issued by, or published under the authority of any Exchange, Clearing House, self-regulating organisation or market of which we or any relevant Affiliate or any Broker is a member, or to whose authority we are or any of them is subject directly or indirectly or where the relevant Transaction is executed and/or cleared.
Market Requirements means all the constitutions, laws, rules, regulations, by-laws, customs and practices, rulings, interpretations, standards, prescribed terms, levies and administrative requests of the relevant Market(s) or Regulators, including without limitation any governmental authorities, Exchange(s) and Clearing House(s) whatsoever.
Market Requirements means requirements under all applicable laws, rules, regulations, constitutions and any rules, regulations, customs, orders, directions, restrictions, limitations, requirements or conditions (including any trading or position limits) of or imposed by any relevant Exchange, Clearing House, broker, ETF Provider (as defined in the Appendix for Overseas Futures Trading), Agent, ICBCIS and/or ICBCIF from time to time;
Market Requirements means the rules, requirements, customs, conventions and practice of any Trading Venue, securities or stock exchange, future exchange, market, over the counter market, relevant financial market association, clearing house, central counterparty, Commercial Settlement System or securities depository;
