Rules of Operation definition

Rules of Operation means Rules of Operation setting out commercial terms and conditions for access to and use of the gas storage facility of NAFTA a.s. valid during the Contractual Period;
Rules of Operation means the document setting out the business conditions for access to and use of the Storage Facility prepared by the SSO in accordance with legal regulations valid and effective in the SR and published on the SSO's Website;
