MFD Garbage Collection 347 Service, MFD Recycling Collection Service, MFD Organics Collection Service, and MFD 348 Large Item Collection Service.

The collection of 340 Garbage, by the CONTRACTOR, from MFD Service Units in the Service Area and the delivery 341 of that Garbage to a Disposal Facility. 342 1.60 Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD”) Large Item Collection Service. The periodic on-call 343 collection of Large Items, by the CONTRACTOR, from MFD Service Units in the Service Area 344 and the delivery of those Large Items to a Disposal Facility, Materials Recovery Facility, 345 Organics Processing Facility or such other facility as may be appropriate under the terms of this 346 Agreement. 347 1.61 Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD”) Organics Collection Service. The collection of 348 Organic Waste, by the CONTRACTOR, from MFD Service Units in the Service Area, the 349 delivery of that Organic Waste to an Organics Processing Facility and the processing and 350 marketing of that Organic Waste. 351 1.62 Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD”) Recycling Collection Service. The collection of 352 Recyclable Material, by the CONTRACTOR, from MFD Service Units in the Service Area, the 353 delivery of that Recyclable Material to a Materials Recovery Facility and the processing and 354 marketing of that Recyclable Material.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☒ Northeast Region ☒ West Region ☒ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.

  • Building Use Agency facilities may be used for Union activities according to current building use policies, so long as the facility is available and proper scheduling has been arranged.

  • Car Parking You will not be entitled to apply for permit parking on the Campus unless you are entitled to an exemption from this policy.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the [Apartment/Plot]. [Insert any other clauses in relation to maintenance of project, infrastructure and equipment]

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.
