Garbage Bins may also 272 include Compactors that are owned by the SFD, MFD, or Commercial Service Unit wherein the 273 SFD, MFD or Commercial Collection Service occurs.

Garbage Bin. A metal or plastic container, with a capacity of from one (1) cubic yard up to and including eight (8) cubic yards, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a loader packer type garbage truck, that is approved for such purpose by the City Representative. The specifications for Garbage Bins to be provided under the terms of this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit 15 (“CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA”) to this Agreement.
Garbage Bin. The term “Garbage Bin” means a metal bin with a capacity of 1.5 to 6 cubic yards typically used at commercial/industria l/institutiona l sites and Multi-Family Dwelling Units that is capable of being mechanically dumped into a front-end loader Solid Waste truck. Garbage Bins shall also include compactors that are owned by the waste generator (e.g., a Multi- Family Dwelling Unit or commercial/industria l/institutiona l premises) wherein the service occurs.

  • Garbage The Concessionaire will contract directly with the service provider for adequate dumpster capacity and wildlife resistance. The Department must pre- approve the location of dumpsters and frequency of pick-ups. The Concessionaire will provide recycle bins for use by Park visitors.

  • Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building.   • Rubbish Please note that the blue top bin is for recycling and all other rubbish should be placed in black bin liners in the other bin for collection. Bins should be put out on Sunday evenings for an early Monday morning collection. Any bin that has not been put out will be the responsibility of the Guest to dispose of the rubbish. The Council will not collect any loose rubbish that is not inside a black bin liner. See above note re dog mess and nappies.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Tenant agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Ventilation Where noxious or poisonous gases may accumulate, the City shall provide proper protection and ventilation. Proper lighting and ventilation shall be provided for all enclosed working spaces. All work in enclosed and confined spaces shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Spray painting shall be done only by qualified painters.
