Dwelling Unit. Any individual living unit in a single family dwelling (SFD) or multi- 8 family dwelling (MFD) structure or building intended for, or capable of being utilized for, 9 residential living other than a hotel or motel.
Dwelling Unit. Any room or group of rooms located within a Dwelling and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used or intended to be used for living, sleeping, cooking and eating by one family.

Dwelling Unit. ‘Dwelling unit’ means a room or group of internally connected rooms that have sleeping, cooking, eating, and sanitation facilities, but not more than one kitchen, which constitutes an independent housekeeping unit, occupied by or intended for one household on a long-term basis. Types of dwellings include single-family dwellings, duplexes, multifamily dwellings, mobilehomes, condominiums and townhouses.
Dwelling Unit. The PHA relying upon the representations of Tenant as to Tenant’s income, household composition and housing need, Leases to Tenant, upon Terms and Conditions set forth in Part I of this Lease Agreement, the dwelling unit located at: to be occupied exclusively as the private residence by Xxxxxx and household.
