Dwelling Unit. Any individual living unit in a single-family dwelling (SFD) or multi- family dwelling (MFD) structure or building intended for, or capable of being utilized for, residential living other than a hotel or motel.
Dwelling Unit. One or more rooms suitable for occupancy as a residence and that contain kitchen and bathroom facilities, or a mobile home in a mobile home park.
Dwelling Unit. Any room or group of rooms located within a Dwelling and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used or intended to be used for living, sleeping, cooking and eating by one family.
Dwelling Unit. CMHA hereby leases to the Tenant, upon terms and conditions set forth below, the Dwelling Unit located at <Auto-populate> (the “Dwelling Unit”) for a lease period of 12 months, beginning on <Auto-populate> and terminating at midnight on <Auto-populate>.

Dwelling Unit does not include an individual living unit in a hotel or 14 motel, guesthouse, residential care facility, extended care facility, sorority or fraternity 15 house, school, dormitory, residential service facility, emergency residential shelter, 16 hospital, convent, or monastery, as determined by the City Representative.
Dwelling Unit. Separate living quarters for one or more persons, including space and provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation. Effective Date – The date this Agreement is executed as evidenced by the latest, dated signature(s) of Owner and/or Subgrantee (both defined below). HCR – New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
Dwelling Unit. EHA hereby leases to the Resident the dwelling unit located at Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 (the "Dwelling Unit"), and the Resident leases such dwelling unit from EHA under the terms and conditions outlined in this Lease, the rules and regulations of EHA and applicable laws and regulations. The unit is not equipped with a fire protection sprinkler system.

Dwelling Unit does not include an 31 individual living unit in a hotel or motel, guesthouse, residential care facility, extended 32 care facility, sorority or fraternity house, school, dormitory, residential service facility, 33 emergency residential shelter, hospital, convent, or monastery, as determined by the 34 City Representative.
Dwelling Unit. ‘Dwelling unit’ means a room or group of internally connected rooms that have sleeping, cooking, eating, and sanitation facilities, but not more than one kitchen, which constitutes an independent housekeeping unit, occupied by or intended for one household on a long-term basis. Types of dwellings include single-family dwellings, duplexes, multifamily dwellings, mobilehomes, condominiums and townhouses.
