Dwelling Unit. Any individual living unit in a single-family dwelling (“SFD”) or 255 multi-family dwelling (“MFD”) structure or building intended for, or capable of being utilized 256 for, residential living other than a hotel or motel.

Dwelling Unit. Any room or group of rooms located within a Dwelling and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used or intended to be used for living, sleeping, cooking and eating by one family.
