Media Handling i. Contractor has procedures in place to prevent unauthorized disclosure, modification, misuse, removal or destruction of assets, and interruption to business activities; and
Media Handling. Information storage media are managed, controlled, moved and disposed of in such a way that the information content is not compromised.
Media Handling. 9. The HSCIC will establish and maintain independent relationships with all those interested in, or affected by its work, including the media. It will have responsibility for dealing with media enquiries received relating to its work and the way in which it exercises its functions.

The contact details of media and marketing managers of Level A and Level B partners will be shared across the partnership and these officers should liaise to coordinate an appropriate partnership response to press issues.
Media Handling. Supplier will and will require its Providers to protect against unauthorized access or misuse of Confidential Information contained on media by use of a media control management program and provide a copy of the program to Company.
