LAB Audit Sample Clauses
A LAB Audit clause grants a party the right to inspect and review the records, processes, or facilities of a laboratory to ensure compliance with agreed standards or contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of audits, the notice period required before an audit, and any limitations on frequency or access, such as restricting audits to business hours or requiring confidentiality. Its core practical function is to provide transparency and accountability, helping to verify that the laboratory is meeting quality, regulatory, or contractual requirements and thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance or substandard performance.
