Means of authentication. The Client is responsible for the management and confidentiality of the necessary means of authentication for connecting to and using the Services. The Client shall ensure that the Users are knowledgeable of and follow standard practices which enable them to maintain the confidentiality of their authentication credentials. The Client is solely responsible for any consequences which may arise from the loss, disclosure, or fraudulent or illicit use of the authentication credentials provided to Users. OVHcloud shall in no way be held liable in this regard. The Client undertakes to immediately inform OVHcloud of any loss or disclosure of any authentication credentials, and immediately proceed with changing said authentication credentials.

Means of authentication the Cardholder data, the Card data (PAN, CVC2 or CVV2, expiration date), PIN code and/or other means provided to the Cardholder by the Card Issuer that enable the Cardholder to be authenticated and operations initiated, including, but not limited to remote Payment Transactions initiated online;
Means of authentication. Upon acceptance of this Agreement as instructed by Bank, Client will have agreed to this Agreement including the Service Terms & Conditions for each Service to which Client subscribes from time to time. If Client uses a Service in any manner, Client’s first such use constitutes its agreement to the Service Terms & Conditions provided in this Agreement for that Service.
Means of authentication. Licensee and Authorized Users may access the Licensed Materials automatically and directly on the Internet by means of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses authentication from registered IP subnets, and address ranges provided by Licensee to Licensor as specified in the attached schedule. If a proxy server is being registered for access, Licensee agrees to maintain the security of the access by Authorized Users before allowing use of the proxy to any remote or on-site user.   • Access by and Authentication of Authorized Users Authorized Users of the Participating Institutions shall be granted access to the Licensed Materials pursuant to the following:

  • Execution and Authentication At least one Officer must sign the Notes for the Company by manual or facsimile signature. If an Officer whose signature is on a Note no longer holds that office at the time a Note is authenticated, the Note will nevertheless be valid.
