Execution and Authentication Sample Clauses
The Execution and Authentication clause defines the procedures and requirements for formally signing and validating a contract or agreement. Typically, it specifies who is authorized to sign on behalf of each party, the acceptable methods of signature (such as handwritten, electronic, or digital), and any necessary steps to confirm the identity of the signatories. This clause ensures that the agreement is legally binding and that all parties can trust the authenticity of the executed document, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over validity or unauthorized execution.
