Site User definition

Site User as used here means a person utilizing a permit issued by the Corps of Engineers under section 103 of the Act (see 33 C.F.R. 209.120) and any person operating any Federal dredging and ocean disposal projects reviewed under section 103(e) of the Act (see 33 C.F.R. 209.145) or under a Dredged Material Permit as defined as defined in 40 C.F.R. 220.2(h).

Site User means any Person that has received, accepted and executed a Site User License with respect to one or more Nano Reactor Units installed and operated at Facilities as contemplated by this Agreement.

Site User means any person who has access to, or uses, the Site. User Content means any text, information and other submissions (including, without limitation, any creative suggestions, ideas, notes, artwork, drawings, literary works, designs, concepts, content, materials or information of any nature) submitted to Us, or Posted on the Site, by a Site User. We, Us, Our means WinFarms Pty Ltd (ACN 647 450 404) trading as WinRural and all related bodies corporate and associates (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of WinFarms Pty Ltd.
