Meals and Beverages. While APN funds can be used for meals and beverages during mission trips and workshops, etc., funds from the APN Grant MUST NOT be used for alcoholic beverages. Funds can be used for dinners where business is transacted but not for reception (entertainment) dinners.

Meals and Beverages. The Hospital will continue to provide bargaining unit employees free meals on inclement weather days or during disaster situations on the same basis as other Hospital employees.
Meals and Beverages. At each facility covered by this Agreement, the Company will provide a cafeteria for the employees. Meals and beverages will be provided and the employees will be assessed a fee of fifty-five (55) cents for the maintenance of the meal service.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.

  • Meals and Lodging (a) Meal and lodging expenses shall not be allowed without prior approval of the appointing authority or designee as necessary for the purpose of conducting County business. Excess charges greater than the amounts listed below in paragraphs (b) and (c) may be authorized under special conditions, such as a convention requirement or in an area of unusually high cost (such as San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Diego). Original receipts are mandatory to obtain reimbursement for all lodging expenses, and except as provided below for all meal expenses claimed.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees.   • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. Such bucked out material shall contain a minimum amount of sound wood, not in excess of the net scale in percentage of gross scale, or based on the merchantability factor, whichever is stated in A2. If necessary to assess extent of defect, Purchaser shall make sample saw cuts or wedges. B6.411 Felling in Clearings. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Catering The IU Auditorium staff may suggest caterers for your event; however, the Licensee will be responsible for paying all catering costs in a timely manner. All caterers in the IU Auditorium must be pre-approved by Auditorium Management and possess all valid Indiana licenses for food service and the service of alcoholic beverages (if applicable). The caterer must carry commercial general and auto liability insurance, including a products-completed operations endorsement, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate. Licensee must be in compliance with all other university regulations regarding food service including, but not limited to, completing the University Office of Environmental Health & Safety’s Temporary Food Service application. In addition, “The Trustees of Indiana University, its officers, agents and employees” must be named as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance for both Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability coverage. The Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to Indiana University for review and approval at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the scheduled date of the event. If Licensee’s vendor/caterer fails to comply with any of the requirements described in this section, the vendor/caterer will not be permitted to serve food or alcohol at the Event and Licensor shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by Licensee or Licensee’s subcontractors as a result of such cancellation. Stage Labor The Auditorium Production Stage Manager and the Licensee in conjunction with the Auditorium Management shall determine the number of employees necessary for the call. Manpower must be maintained until such time as work in all departments is fully completed. All requests for manpower must be submitted in writing forty-eight (48) hours prior to load-in. Indiana University Auditorium is under contract with IATSE Local #618. Licensee agrees to abide by the rules of this agreement governing stage labor. IU Auditorium Facility Usage Policies It is further agreed and understood that all of the Facility Usage Policies including all addenda published by the date of this Agreement are hereby incorporated as part of this contract and the Licensee has received a copy of the Indiana University Auditorium Facility and General Information. Please initial here: Sound System If sound equipment is carried by the performing company, artist, or conference, the Indiana University Auditorium Production Stage Manager, after consultation with representatives of the company, may permit use of the company's equipment in conjunction with the house system. If Licensee is to mix sound system from the road sound mixing position, mixing stacks and/or equipment to be no higher than forty-eight (48) inches from the floor. Front Lighting There are no balcony rail house lighting positions in the Indiana University Auditorium.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.
