Maximising Accommodation Resources. In line with our commitment to continue to work together to develop and implement solutions to deliver value to our clients, including ensuring the best possible utilisation of accommodation in our region, the following provisions will apply as a term of our agreement. The Company retains the option to implement an arrangement where employees may not be allocated to the same accommodation centre room when they cycle through their shifts (ie: after days off). The arrangement would be subject to: • suitable controls being put in place for fatigue management / travel management • suitable measures being put in place for the storage of employee personal effects • that personnel who wished to remain in camp on their days off being able to do so • that any such arrangement would be at least 6 weeks notice or advised prior to engagement. • Any disputes being handled in accordance with the disputes procedure

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.

Requests for accommodation for meetings must be made at least five workdays prior to the meeting.   • Reasonable Accommodation Sections 34.1 through 34.4 of Article 34, Reasonable Accommodation and Disability Separation, apply to represented individuals.

  • Travel and Accommodation 10.1 The Player will be responsible for their own airfare, travel and accommodation in consideration to the Event.

  • Reasonable Accommodations Landlord agrees to comply with all applicable laws providing equal housing opportunities, including making reasonable accommodations for known physical or mental limitations of qualified individuals with a disability, unless undue hardship on Landlord would result. Tenant is responsible for making Landlord aware of any such required accommodations that are reasonable and will not impose an undue hardship on Landlord. If Tenant discloses a disability and requests an accommodation, Landlord has the right to have a qualified healthcare provider verify the disability if the disability is not readily apparent, and Landlord has the right to use the qualified healthcare provider verifying the disability as a resource for providing the reasonable accommodation.

  • Accommodations Clean accommodations will be provided for employees to have their meals and keep their clothes.

  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT 3.1 The financial support is calculated following the funding rules indicated in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide.

  • Disability Accommodations The Department does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. Individuals who need aids, alternative document formats, or services for effective communications or other disability related accommodations in the programs and services offered are invited to make their needs and preferences known to this office. Interested parties should provide as much advance notice as possible.

  • Service Credit Time spent on authorized leaves of absence without pay will count towards seniority, including service credit for annual step increases, layoff purposes, and for computing the amount of vacation leave, provided the employee is properly returned to service and is not serving a probationary period. Employees that do not return to service from a personal leave of absence shall not receive service credit for the time spent on such leave.

  • Support During the term of this Addendum, State Street agrees to provide the support services set out in Attachment D to this Addendum.
