Maternal and Child Health Nurse Levels. Level 1salary on commencement with Council Level 2 – eligible increase after successful completion of 1 year of continuous service (full-time equivalent) with Council Level 3 – after successful completion of 2 years of continuous service (full-time equivalent) with Council AND adherence to performance criteria. Performance Criteria for progression to Level 3 Council is strongly committed to building a positive culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Maternal and Child Health Nurse advancement to level 3 will reflect the progression of employees into a leadership role within the Maternal and Child Health service and will based on the achievement of the following Performance Criteria: Continuous Improvement M&CH Nurses will:  Embrace and contribute productively to the adoption and implementation of new initiatives and technology enhancements to assist in the goal of improved service delivery and increased efficiencies.  Participate in trials and implementation of flexible service delivery in response to client needs and identified projects.  Participate in regular service reviews and benchmarking as part of embracing business improvement.  Contributing to the implementation of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF). Clinical Audits Demonstrated evidence of:  Application of evidence based practice in accordance with framework and legislation.  Application of practising the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) upon complete implementation.  Consistent high level of record keeping in accordance with Council policy and legislation. Leadership M&CH Nurses will:  Take the lead role in communication for the provision of integrated service delivery for identified clients.  Provide mentoring to new employees of Council as required.  Participate in the university placement program and provide a leadership role with students from a variety of disciplines as required.  Demonstrate behaviour consistent with Council’s purpose and values Performance Review  Participation and satisfactory completion of the annual performance review process as required.  No disciplinary outcomes within the annual review period.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults The Supplier will comply with all applicable legislation and codes of practice, including, where applicable, all legislation and statutory guidance relevant to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as notified to the Supplier and amended from time to time, which the Supplier acknowledges may include submitting to a check by the UK Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) or the equivalent local service; in addition, the Supplier will ensure that, where it engages any other party to supply any of the Services under this Agreement, that that party will also comply with the same requirements as if they were a party to this Agreement.

  • SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS 8.1 The Service Provider will have ultimate responsibility for the management and control of any Regulated Activity provided under this agreement and for the purposes of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Xxx 0000.

  • Diverse Spend Reporting If the total value of the Contract may exceed $500,000, including all extension options, Contractor must track and report, on a quarterly basis, the amount paid to diverse businesses both: 1) directly to subcontractors performing under the Contract, and 2) indirectly to diverse businesses that provide supplies/services to your company (in proportion to the revenue from this Contract compared to Contractor’s overall revenue). When this applies, Contractor will register in a free portal to help report the Tier 2 diverse spend, and the requirement continues as long as the Contract is in effect.

  • Environmental and Social Safeguards 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out and implemented in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Environmental Management Plan.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.
