Master Roster Clause Samples

The Master Roster clause establishes a comprehensive list of all individuals, entities, or items relevant to the agreement, such as employees, contractors, or assets. This roster is typically maintained and updated by one party and serves as the authoritative reference for determining who or what is covered under the contract's terms. By centralizing this information, the clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes about eligibility, participation, or coverage throughout the contract's duration.
