Employment Coordinator definition

Employment Coordinator means an individual who is responsible for providing pre- 28 employment training, job orientation and site training to Clients. This individual is also responsible for 29 assisting Clients with job application procedures, teaching social, grooming and dress-for-success 30 personal hygiene skills to Clients, and coaching Clients on how to maintain employment. This 31 individual will develop employment resources that match the needs of the program’s client population.
