Mentor Allowance. A mentor is an employee who agrees to be appointed in such a role by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and who has completed the required training, to support and guide new employees at Warrigal. An employee who is appointed as a mentor will be paid the allowance in Schedule A, Table 2 Allowances when mentoring new staff. Employees who do not qualify for the mentor allowance above will not be required or expected to mentor staff.

The selection of Mentor Drivers from the expressions of interest will be at the discretion of the Company. 27.2.5 If following the selection process there is an insufficient number of Mentor Drivers, the Company may select additional Qualified Train Drivers to become Mentor Drivers. This decision will be made based on business requirements and employees will not be unreasonably directed to become a Mentor Driver. 27.2.6 The Company or the Mentor Drivers may request that the Mentor Driver is rostered for upskilling at any time. 27.2.7 The Company and the Mentor Driver may agree to end the mentoring arrangement at any time during the duration of the arrangement. 27.2.8 The Company or Mentor Driver, can with written and reasonable reason, unilaterally end the mentoring arrangement during the duration of the arrangement.
Mentor Allowance. A Mentor shall be entitled to an additional allowance of $30 per day if the Mentor has one Trainee or $50 per day if the Mentor has two Trainees in his or her van.
