LUNCHEON CLUB. Executives may join a luncheon club with the Corporation paying annual dues and assessments. Luncheon club memberships are taken in the Corporation's name so they may be reassigned to other individuals in the event the executive retires or leaves the Corporation.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.

  • Dinner Dinner reimbursement may be claimed only if the employee is away from his/her temporary or permanent work station in a travel status overnight or is required to remain in a travel status until after 7:00 P.M.

  • Wellness A. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS Hirer can allocate up to 2% in number of the tickets for each performance or day of the Event as complimentary tickets.
