Fees and Dues. 954 The annual dues payable to the FIDO Alliance by each class of Members shall be established and 955 may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board. Initial dues shall be due and 956 payable upon the Member’s execution of the Membership Agreement and approval by the Board. 957 Thereafter, yearly dues shall be due and payable as specified in the Schedule of Fees and Dues. If 958 any Member is ninety (90) days delinquent in the payment of dues, such Member’s rights shall be 959 deemed suspended upon written notice from the FIDO Alliance until all delinquent dues are paid.

Dues shall be due and payable upon confirmation of admission to Membership by the Corporation. The Corporation shall operate on a not-for-profit basis. Fees and Dues. The District may pay Xxxxxxx’ fees and dues in professional and civic organizations as the Board of Trustees and Xxxxxxx may mutually agree prior to the payment of such dues and fees. Any fees or dues not given prior approval by the Board of Trustees shall be the sole responsibility of Xxxxxxx who shall reimburse the District within 15 calendar days of notification in writing from the Board of Trustees Chairman or Chairwoman.
