LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. (a) If, at any time during the progress of the work under this purchase order, Buyer determines that any lower-tier supplier’s performance is unacceptable for any reason, Buyer will notify the Supplier accordingly. The Supplier shall then take immediate steps to address the unsatisfactory performance up to and including termination of the lower-tier purchase order.
LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. (1) The Contractor shall include this clause, including this paragraph, in subcontracts of any tier which involve performance or work of the type specified in (b)(1) above or access to information of the type covered in (b)(2) above. The terms "subcontract", "Contractor" and "PSFA Authorized Representative" shall be appropriately modified to preserve the PSFA/Government's rights.
LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. (a) The Seller shall, within ten calendar days after the execution of the order, submit to Buyer, in writing, a list of the names of all the lower-tier subcontractors, material men, and suppliers for any and all parts of the work hereunder. Xxxxx reserves the right to reject any lower-tier subcontractor as to whom the Seller is unable to demonstrate that he has the necessary equipment and ability to perform the work called for, or who has previously failed to perform properly or failed to complete on time work of a similar nature. If, at any time during the progress of the work, Xxxxx determines that any such lower-tier subcontractor is incompetent or undesirable, Buyer will notify the Seller accordingly, and the Seller shall take immediate steps to terminate the order of such lower-tier subcontractor.
LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. Seller shall flow-down Export Compliance provisions to suppliers and subcontractors in all purchase orders and subcontracts.
LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. Seller shall include this article, suitably modified to identify the parties, in all subcontracts.

LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. The Seller shall include the provisions of this clause in all of its subcontracts involving performance of work at the site. However, such provision in the subcontracts shall not relieve the Seller of its obligation to assure compliance with the provisions of this clause for all aspects of the work.
LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. Costs for approved lower-tier subcontracts shall be listed separately detailing the subcontractor's name, COA if applicable, period of performance for the claim and dollar amount claimed for the invoiced period. Copies of subcontractor receipts or invoices shall be provided with the voucher to substantiate the claim for subcontractor costs.
LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. The SUBCONTRACTOR further agrees to require the inclusion of provisions similar to those in paragraphs (a) through (g) and paragraph (h) of this clause in all subcontracts (including fixed-price or unit-price subcontracts or purchase orders) of any tier entered into hereunder where, under the terms of such subcontract, costs incurred are a factor in determining the amount payable to the lower tier subcontractor. LOWER-TIER SUBCONTRACTS. The Subcontractor shall insert the substance of this clause, including this paragraph (d), in all lower tier subcontracts that exceed the micro-purchase threshold.
