LINE OF AUTHORITY. Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx County Department of Human Services Director, is designated as Authorized Representative of the County for the purpose of administering, coordinating and approving the work performed by the Contractor under this Contract.

LINE OF AUTHORITY. The City Manager or his or her designee as identified in writing (the “City Authorized Representative”), is designated as the City Authorized Representative for the purpose of administering, coordinating, and approving the work performed by the Contractor under this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the Contractor’s designated representative is Xxxx Xxxxxxx (the “Contractor Authorized Representative”).
LINE OF AUTHORITY. The Castle Pines City Manager (the “City Authorized Representative”), is designated as the City Authorized Representative for the purpose of administering, coordinating, and approving the work performed by the Consultant under this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the Consultant’s designated representative is Xxxx XxXxx (the “Consultant Authorized Representative”).
LINE OF AUTHORITY. 1. Within thirty (30) calendar days of ratification of this Agreement and annually thereafter, the Employer will make available to each bargaining unit member an organizational chart of the Center’s Administration, together with a detailed description of the duties, responsibilities, and authority of the various administrators as they relate to the bargaining unit member.

LINE OF AUTHORITY. 1. Within thirty (30) days of ratification of this Agreement and annually thereafter, the College will make available to each Department Chairperson an organizational chart of the College’s administration, together with a detailed description of the duties, responsibilities, and authority of the various administrators as they relate to the Department Chairpersons.
LINE OF AUTHORITY. The line of authority shall be as designated by the Department’s organizational chart. Changes to the Line of Authority will be sent to affected employees, and the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx upon request. The MOA agrees to send notice to the Union on changes in the organizational chart affecting the line of authority within the Union positions set forth in this Agreement.
LINE OF AUTHORITY. Teachers shall be directly responsible to the principal of their respective buildings. Employees shall take their problems and criticism of the school system to the principal, who in turn, will take the problem to the Superintendent.
LINE OF AUTHORITY. 1. In the performance of their duties each employee shall be under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities or designee and custodial staff shall also be under the direct supervision of the Building Principal. All employees shall be subject to the general supervision of the Superintendent of Schools or his designee on behalf of the Employer.
