LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. (a) In connection with the activities to be funded under this grant, Grantee acknowledges that it is responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations related to such activities.
LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. The financial contributions the Public Authority makes to the Trust shall be used exclusively to fund the premiums of enrolled Providers who work within the regional boundaries of Santa Xxxx County. The Trust will permit the Public Authority, at the Public Authority’s request, to audit the Trust to confirm that the Public Authority’s contribution is being used for purposes consistent with this Agreement.
LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. All funds or payments made to School District must be used exclusively as provided for in this Agreement. AESA may, by written notice to School District at any time before completion of this Agreement, make changes to the Services. If any such changes cause a material increase or decrease in the estimated cost of or time required for performance, School District shall submit to AESA a claim for an equitable adjustment. The claim must be submitted in writing within twenty (20) days of any act of AESA that School District considers a material change. Failure to agree to any claim for an equitable adjustment shall be a dispute under the Dispute Resolution section of this Agreement. However, School District shall proceed with the work as changed by AESA without interruption and without awaiting settlement of any such claim.
LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. CONTRACTOR will comply with Section 202 of the Controlled Substance Act (21 USC 812) which limits the use of funds for promotion of legalization of controlled substances. None of the funds made available through this Agreement may be used for any activity that promotes the legalization of any drug or other substance included in Schedule I of Section 202 of the Controlled Substance Act.
LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. Funds for this program are to be used in a manner consistent with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program as approved by the U.S. DOE, OEP and TRC. At any time during the performance of the Project Activities, and upon receipt of any reports the Office of the Governor/ Office of Economic Stimulus / DOE/ OEP/ TRC may review all Project Costs incurred by the Sub- recipient or any Vendor, Business or Partner and all payments made to date. Upon such review, TRC shall disallow any items of expense, which are not determined to be allowable or are determined to be in excess of actual expenditures, and shall, by written notice specifying the disallowed expenditures, inform the Sub-recipient of any such disallowance. If TRC disallows costs for which payment has not yet been made, it shall refuse to pay such costs. If payment has been made with respect to costs that are subsequently disallowed, TRC may deduct the amount of disallowed costs from any future payments under this Agreement or require that the Sub-recipient refund to TRC the amount of the disallowed costs. Such refund shall be made within 30 days of Sub-recipients receipt of TRC’s notice of disallowed costs.

LIMITATIONS ON USE OF FUNDS. Sprout agrees that no portion of the Grant shall be used to: Pay expenses incurred prior to the Agreement Effective Date. Make grants to individuals on a non-objective basis. Participate in or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office. Fund any specific voter registration drive that is conducted in a manner that favors a particular candidate, slate of candidates or political party. Pay legal and other fees associated with business planning, incorporation, and/or seeking nonprofit designation. Pay indirect administrative costs charged by any organization providing fiscal agency (variously termed overhead, facilities, administrative, handling, contract fees, etc.) in excess of 15% of the Grant.
