Examples of Changes to the Services in a sentence

  • Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.

  • Changes to the Services will be made only through a written change order signed by both parties.

  • Any Changes to the Services not otherwise contemplated in the Agreement shall be made in accordance with the applicable Change Procedures described in Exhibit 5.

  • The Change Procedures will be used by both Parties for all Changes to the Services.

  • Subject to subsections (i) and (ii) above, Provider shall promptly implement such Changes to the Services as may be necessary to comply with any Law or changes in Law and, where practicable, shall use reasonable efforts to complete the implementation at least ninety (90) days prior to the deadline imposed by the Governmental Authority having jurisdiction thereof.

Related to Changes to the Services

  • Community support services means services authorized,

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.
