DISH and your Supplier reserve the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you or any user under your account knowingly or otherwise engages in any prohibited activity or if you use the DISH Equipment or the Service in a way which is contrary to any DISH policy or any policy of a DISH supplier, including, without limitation, the Policies. You must strictly adhere to any policy set forth by another service provider accessed through the Service. You agree to comply with the Policies and the RCA, all of which are available online at xxxx.xxx/xxxxx (any and all of which may be updated at any time and from time to time in DISH’s sole discretion) and incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
