Lien Waiver. Upon payment of all the monies called for herein and transfer of the title to the Buyer, Seller hereby waives all lien rights and indemnifies Buyer against any claim for payment of materials, labor, services, and equipment used in the construction of the Dwelling Unit.

Lien Waiver. Lessee hereby waives all lien rights under Section 91.004 of the Texas Property Code (as currently enacted or hereafter modified), as well as any successor statute granting Lessee a lien in Lessor's property.

Lien Waiver. Landlord, within thirty (30) days after request from Tenant, shall execute and deliver any document reasonably required by any supplier, lessor or lender in connection with the installation in the Premises of Tenant's personal property or Tenant's Trade Fixtures pursuant to which Landlord waives any rights it may have with respect to such personal property and Trade Fixtures from the Premises before the expiration of the Lease Term or within five (5) days after property, and such case, proceeding or other action (a) results in the entry of an order for relief against in which is not fully stayed within thirty (30) business days after the entry thereof or (b) remains undismissed for a period of sixty (60) days; or
