Acceptance by Design Clause Samples

Acceptance by Design. Builder of any payment from Owner for any invoice submitted shall constitute a lien waiver by Design/Builder for any and all work performed and materials supplied to the extent that such costs were included in that submitted invoice and Design/Builder shall provide written release waivers (Attachment C) with respect to such costs and materials.
