Lien Waivers. Each Application for Payment shall be accompanied by written waivers of the right to file a mechanic’s lien and all other claims, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit K for the Design- Builder and all Subcontractors and material suppliers at all tiers who have supplied labor or material or both for which payment is requested, subject only to receipt of payment. If the Department so requests, the Design-Builder shall also submit unconditional waivers of liens for itself and all Subcontractors and material suppliers at all tiers with respect to Work or materials or equipment for which payment has been previously made, and additional forms of waiver acknowledging receipt of final payment under the Agreement, and providing final release of such liens.
Lien Waivers. Borrower shall have obtained and attached to each application for an Advance, including the Advance to cover final payment to the General Contractor, executed acknowledgments of payments of all sums due and releases of mechanic's and materialmen's liens, satisfactory to Lender, from any party having lien rights, which acknowledgments of payment and releases of liens shall cover all work, labor, equipment, materials done, supplied, performed, or furnished prior to such application for an Advance.
Lien Waivers. TLO hereby waives, relinquishes and releases any and all liens, including without limitation, any and all warehouseman’s liens, custodian’s liens, rights of retention and/or similar rights under all applicable laws, which TLO would or might otherwise have under or with respect to the Products throughput, stored or handled hereunder. TLO further agrees to furnish documents reasonably acceptable to Customer and its lender(s) (if applicable), and to cooperate with Customer in assuring and demonstrating that Products titled in Customer’s name shall not be subject to any lien on the Terminal or TLO’s Products throughput or stored there.
Lien Waivers. Furnish to Agent, at any time and from time to time upon the request of Agent, lien waivers bearing a then current date and prepared on a form satisfactory to Agent from such contractor, subcontractor, or supplier as Agent shall designate.

Lien Waivers. Duly executed lien waivers, which shall be conditional lien waivers or unconditional lien waivers, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion, and otherwise substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit J from the General Contractor and all Contractors and Subcontractors who have performed work, for the work so performed, and/or who have supplied labor and/or materials, for the labor and/or materials so supplied, except for such work or labor and/or materials for which payment thereof is requested, as to which duly executed lien waivers shall be delivered to Lender with the next request for an Advance;
Lien Waivers. Borrower shall have delivered duly executed lien waivers, which shall be conditional lien waivers or unconditional lien waivers, as applicable, and otherwise substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit J, from the General Contractor, all Major Contractors and Major Subcontractors for all work performed, and all labor or material supplied for which payment thereof has been made prior to the date of the Advance.
Lien Waivers. If applicable, the Grantee shall monitor construction to assure that necessary contractor’s affidavits and waivers of mechanics liens are obtained prior to release of Grant Funds to contractors and subcontractors.

Duly executed final lien waivers, which shall be conditional lien waivers or unconditional lien waivers, as determined by Lender in its sole discretion, and otherwise substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J from the General Contractor and Major Contractors and Major Subcontractors who have performed work for the work so performed, and/or who have supplied labor and/or materials for the labor and/or materials so supplied.
Lien Waivers. Professional Consultant shall not be entitled to receive payment hereunder until Owner is provided such lien waivers, including lien waivers from Professional Consultant's subconsultants, detailed descriptions of services, and sworn statements of certification stating Professional Consultant's services are in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, as Owner may reasonably require in connection with Professional Consultant's request for payment.
