Lessor Inspection. Lessee shall identify to Lessor a candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit (as applicable) and Lessor may inspect such candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit, which shall include, at Lessor’s option, (i) a full borescope inspection of the compressor, turbine and combustion sections of the replacement engine or auxiliary power unit and (ii) a records inspection, and the results of each such inspection must be satisfactory to Lessor.

Lessor Inspection. Notwithstanding the other terms of this Sublease, Lessor and any Lender shall have and retain the right to inspect any portion of the Premises from time to time upon no less than twenty-four hours prior written notice to Subtenant.

Lessor Inspection. At all times during the term of this lease, the Lessor shall have the right, by itself, its heirs, agents, and employees to enter into and upon the Leased Premises during reasonable business hours for the purpose of examining and inspecting the same and determining whether the Lessee has complied with its obligations hereunder with respect to the care and maintenance of the Leased Premises and the repair or rebuilding of the improvements thereon when necessary.
