Lessor Inspection. Lessee shall identify to Lessor a candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit (as applicable) and Lessor may inspect such candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit, which shall include, at Lessor’s option, (i) a full borescope inspection of the compressor, turbine and combustion sections of the replacement engine or auxiliary power unit and (ii) a records inspection, and the results of each such inspection must be satisfactory to Lessor.
Lessor Inspection. Notwithstanding the other terms of this Sublease, Lessor and any Lender shall have and retain the right to inspect any portion of the Premises from time to time upon no less than twenty-four hours prior written notice to Subtenant.
Lessor Inspection. Lessee shall identify to Lessor a candidate replacement landing gear and Lessor may inspect such replacement landing gear, which shall include, at Lessor’s option, a records inspection, and the results of such inspection must be satisfactory to Lessor.
Lessor Inspection. Lessor shall have the right, upon written notice to Lessee and during normal business hours, to enter into and upon the premises where the Equipment may be located for the purpose of inspecting the Equipment or observing its use.
Lessor Inspection. Lessor reserves the right to cause an inspection of the Leased Premises from time to time, but no more than once annually, to confirm Lessee’s compliance with Section 2 above. Lessor shall have the right to submit any deficiencies in such obligations to Lessee in writing, following which, Lessee shall have thirty (30) days to commence correcting such deficiencies or be deemed in default of this Lease in accordance with Article XIV herein.
Lessor Inspection. Lessor shall have the right to enter the premises during the normal business hours of the Lessee upon reasonable notice for the purpose of inspecting the premises and for the purpose of making repairs required therein. Lessor shall have the right in the event of an emergency to enter the premises at any time, by master key or by force, if necessary, for purposes of preventing damage, making emergency repairs, and enforcing any provisions of this lease.
Lessor Inspection. Lessor shall, at any and all times during Lessee"s normal business hours, have the right to enter the premises where the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting the same or observing the use thereof. Lessee shall not be permitted to remove any item of Equipment from the location indicated on the Schedule without the prior written consent of Lessor.
Lessor Inspection. At all times during the term of this lease, the Lessor shall have the right, by itself, its heirs, agents, and employees to enter into and upon the Leased Premises during reasonable business hours for the purpose of examining and inspecting the same and determining whether the Lessee has complied with its obligations hereunder with respect to the care and maintenance of the Leased Premises and the repair or rebuilding of the improvements thereon when necessary.
Lessor Inspection. Ingress and Egress: The right is reserved to the LESSOR. its officers, agents, and assigns to enter upon and travel through and across the Premises at any time for inspection, construction, maintenance, or for any purposes necessary or convenient in connection with LESSOR's works as well as to perform, at LESSOR'S option, any and all assessments, cleanup, remediation and monitoring of Pollutants and other environmentai conditions on the Premises. LESSOR shall use its best efforts to exercise this right in a way that will be the least disruptive of the farming operations of LESSEE.
