LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Upon reasonable notice, Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents or representatives to enter the Premises at all reasonable times during business days and business hours for the purpose of determining whether or not Tenant is in compliance with its obligations hereunder.

LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Landlord and its agents shall have the right to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders or lessees, or if it reasonably appears that the Premises are being used for any unlawful purpose or for purposes other than as outlined in Paragraph 7, or if any emergency arises which necessitates access to the Premises, or if Landlord or its agents must make alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises as Landlord or its agents may deem necessary or desirable. In all non-emergency cases, Landlord agrees to give Tenant 24-hours notice of Landlord.
LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. (a) Tenant shall permit Landlord to erect, use and maintain pipes, ducts, wiring and conduits in and through the Premises, so long as Tenant's use, layout or design of the Premises is not materially affected or altered. Landlord or Landlord's agents shall have the right to enter upon the Premises in the event of an emergency, or to inspect the Premises, to perform janitorial and other services, to conduct safety and other testing in the Premises and to make such repairs, alterations, improvements or additions to the Premises or the Building as Landlord may deem necessary or desirable. Janitorial and cleaning services shall be performed after normal business hours. Any entry or work by Landlord may be during normal business hours and Landlord may use reasonable efforts to ensure that any entry or work shall not materially interfere with Tenant's occupancy of the Premises, however, any such interference shall not be a default by Landlord.

LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Landlord or Landlord’s agents shall have the right to enter upon the Premises, to inspect the Premises, to perform janitorial and other services and to make such repairs, alterations, improvements or additions to the Premises or the Building as Landlord may deem necessary or desirable, without such action constituting an eviction of Tenant in whole or in part or giving rise to an abatement of Rent, by reason of loss or interruption of business of Tenant, or otherwise, provided that in connection with any such entry, to the extent Landlord’s activities would materially interfere with Tenant’s ability to operate its business in the Premises, except in an emergency, Landlord shall perform such activities after normal business hours. Landlord shall also have the right at any time without the same constituting an actual or constructive eviction and without incurring any liability to Tenant therefor, to change the arrangement and/or location of entrances or passageways, doors and doorways, and corridors, elevators, stairs, toilets or public parts of the Building, and to close entrances, doors, corridors, elevators or other facilities, provided that such action shall not interfere with Tenant’s access to the Premises or the Building in a permanent and material adverse manner. In any entry into the Premises under this Section 28.M. (other than in the case of an emergency or to perform services required of Landlord hereunder), Landlord shall give Tenant reasonable prior notice of entry, shall allow a representative of Tenant to accompany Landlord, and shall use reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Tenant’s operations therefrom.
LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Landlord and Landlord's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times upon reasonable notice for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or tenants (but as to tenants only in the final Lease Year), and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Building (including other tenant spaces), as Landlord may reasonably deem advisable or necessary. Landlord may at any time place on or about the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Landlord may at any time during the last 180 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Landlord shall be without abatement of Rent or liability to you.

LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Landlord and its agents may enter the premises at all reasonable times to inspect, clean, repair, alter or improve the same. Landlord shall have unlimited access to show the premises upon Tenant's written notification that it does not intend to renew the Lease. When possible, Landlord will provide Tenant with reasonable notice before entering the premises.
LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. LANDLORD shall have accompanied access to the Premises and Common Areas at any time, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, during the term of this Agreement, for cleaning purposes and to perform any maintenance, repair, or other services needed for the Premises and Common Areas. LANDLORD shall provide to TENANT reasonable notice prior to its access, whether scheduled or otherwise.
LANDLORD ACCESS TO PREMISES. Subject to the Tenant's consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises to make inspections, provide necessary services, or show the unit to prospective buyers, lessors, or workers. However, the Landlord does not assume any liability for the care or supervision of the Premises. As provided by law, in case of an emergency, the Landlord may enter the Premises without the Tenant's prior consent. During the last three months of this lease, or any extended period of this lease, the Landlord will be allowed access to the Premises to display signs and show the Premises to prospective future tenants. 21.
