Lease in Full Force and Effect. Except as provided above, the Lease is unmodified hereby and remains in full force and effect.
Lease in Full Force and Effect. Except for the provisions of this Amendment, all the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease and all the rights and obligations of Landlord and Tenant thereunder, shall remain in full force and effect, and are not otherwise altered, amended, revised or changed.

Effective as of the date of this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment are expressly incorporated into the provisions of the Lease, and the provisions of this Amendment shall become effective on the date of this Amendment, unless a different date for the effectiveness of a provision of this Amendment is specifically indicated herein. Lease in Full Force and Effect. This Amendment contains the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the matters contained herein. Tenant hereby affirms to its knowledge that on the date hereof no breach or default by either party has occurred and that the Lease, and all of its terms, conditions, covenants, agreements and provisions, except as hereby modified, are in full force and effect with no defenses or offsets thereto. No representations, warranties, covenants or agreements have been made concerning or affecting the subject matter of this Amendment, except as are contained herein and in the Lease. This Amendment may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change or modification or discharge is sought.
Lease in Full Force and Effect. Except as herein modified and amended the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
