Label Printers. The Supplier undertakes to provide to the Client for the term of this Agreement the use of 35 Label Printers compliant with the specifications stated in Appendix 2 to this Agreement and to reserve another 5 of those printers as back-up equipment in the event of a defect in the primary equipment. As a part of the provision of Label Printers, the Supplier shall also ensure for the Flat Price for the provision of support for HHT End Workstations, PC End Workstations, and Label Printers, under Art. 10.1.2 of this Agreement, technical support for the Label Printers of the following extent: The Supplier shall ensure the diagnosis and remedying of Label Printer defects at the Place of Performance or a replacement of Label Printers with back-up devices in the event that a printer is physically damaged and required repair, subject to the conditions and within the time-periods stated in Art. 7.3 of the Agreement, which commence once a report is made to the contact point specified in Appendix 1 to the Agreement. The Supplier shall ensure the repair of physically damaged Label Printers within 7 days of the ascertaining and reporting of the physical damage sustained by a given Label Printer. The repair of Label Printers shall include: Ensuring repair, including any and all costs of labour, including carriage from and to terminals and parking; The delivery of all spare parts, including the replacement of any worn-out parts; The delivery of flawless replacement Label Printers in place of Label Printers that have an irreparable defect; The carriage of damaged Label Printers to and from the repair centre of the Label Printer manufacturer, if such is required for the repair.
Label Printers. As a part of the service, Label Printers with a LAN interface are required, for connecting to the PA network, which support the thermal printing of labels used for labelling carts / ULD. The labels are supplied in rolls with the average length of 160 mm and reel width of 76 mm. The dimensions of individual labels are 149 x 60 mm, and the gap between labels on a roll is 3.4 mm. In addition, servicing throughout the term of the contract is sought with the printers.
Label Printers. The IS user interface (application) must comply with the following configuration of Label Printers that constitutes a part of the delivery. The printer will be connected via a LAN interface and will have an unambiguous IP address assigned in the PA network and the System.
