Joint Health and Safety Consultation. The parties will consult regularly on corporate level employee health and safety matters. The following two joint committees will be established to facilitate this consultation.

Joint Health and Safety Consultation. Both MPT and the PWU are committed to the H&S of all employees at MPT. The PWU recognizes Management’s right and obligations to continually improve H&S practices, policies and processes. The PWU will support such initiatives including changes to the “MPT Safety Rule Book” where the intent is to make MPT facilities a safer environment to work. The parties will consult regularly on corporate level employee health and safety matters. The following joint committee will be established to facilitate this consultation. Joint Health and Safety Consultation. Union and management shall elect/select one representative per party to review and give consideration to and make recommendations on such matters as the safeguarding of health and prevention of hazards to life and property. Particular attention will be paid to questions involving alleged hazardous or unsanitary working conditions. Regular meetings will be held and minutes of all meetings will be issued. The Health & Safety representatives shall jointly conduct investigations of all accidents.

  • Joint Health and Safety Committee i) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative selected or appointed by the Association from amongst bargaining unit employees from each Hospital site. Hospitals will choose either to include a representative from the bargaining unit from each Hospital site, or to have a separate Joint Health and Safety Committee at each Hospital site, unless the parties agree otherwise.

The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Health and Safety Committee Where required a committee will be formed and will meet where required by the Employer’s safety policies and by statute.

  • D5 Health and Safety D5.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Contract. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.

  • Work Health and Safety (a) The employer and employee acknowledge their responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012.

  • D7 Health and Safety D7.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of its obligations under the Contract. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.

  • Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
